These terms and conditions apply to use of this portal provided by the Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines (a charity registered in Scotland under number SC039197) with offices at Doherty Building, Pentlands Science Park, Bush Loan, Edinburgh, EH26 0PZ, UK (“GALVmed”). By continuing to use the portal you are confirming that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Please note that any content you upload to this portal is separate to any deliverables or other content which may be submitted to GALVmed as part of the Brucellosis Vaccine R&D Pilot Initiative (the “Competition”). Please see the Official Rules of the Competition for more details regarding how content submitted as part of the Competition will be used. Any content you upload to this portal (as well as the fact that you are interested / participating in the Competition itself) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in such content and information, but you grant GALVmed and other users of the portal a licence to use, store and copy such content and information and to distribute and make it available to third parties. 

Please note that GALVmed does not guarantee that this portal, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. GALVmed does not guarantee that this portal will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. 

GALVmed may update, change, suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of this portal from time to time. GALVmed may also revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are legally binding on you.

This portal includes information and materials uploaded by other users of this portal. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by GALVmed. GALVmed is under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate this portal. The views expressed by other users on this portal do not represent GALVmed’s views or values. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in GALVmed taking all or any of the following actions: (a) immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use this portal, or (b) immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded to this portal to our site.

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
